First Institute Training & Management Retains Murray Commercial for its School Expansion Throughout Illinois

Saint Charles, IL (February 8, 2012) – Murray Commercial today announced that it has been engaged by First Institute Training & Management (FITM), to conduct a strategic search for new locations for its quality training programs.  The school is looking to expand across the state of Illinois in various types of retail venues.

With the guidance and consulting of the Murray Commercial Team, FITM has just recently signed leases in Libertyville and Springfield, Illinois. Murray Commercial’s Greg Quadrini spearheaded the search for FITM’s new locations.

“We’re partnering with Murray Commercial to bring our expertise in meeting the educational needs of students, employers and the community” says Kurt Beier of FITM. “We continue to evaluate our expansion and are excited to offer exciting new career paths to the residents of Libertyville and Springfield.”

Since 1989 First Institute Training & Management has been providing Workforce Investment Act (WIA) services for both adult and youth populations throughout Illinois including locations in Naperville, Crystal Lake, DeKalb, Libertyville and Springfield.

Even as the Suburban market continues to see rising unemployment levels and tenants consolidate where possible, Murray Commercial absorbed over 25,714 square feet in its portfolio of leased and managed assets. “We are very pleased with the significant progress Murray Commercial has made in advancing our strategic plan to attract new talent and expand our client base.” Murray said.

Mr. Quadrini, a tenant and landlord representation professional, will specialize in office, industrial and retail properties ranging from multi-tenant properties to larger single tenant assets.
