Murray Commercial Teams with Schramm Construction and Merlin

November 7, 2012 – Murray Commercial and Schramm Construction have teamed to build a Merlin 200,000 Mile Shop in Montgomery, IL.

The Montgomery Economic Development and the Village of Montgomery celebrated the arrival of Merlin’s to Montgomery with a groundbreaking ceremony.

Jace Murray, President of Murray Commercial and Fred Schramm, President of Schramm Construction spoke and welcomed Merlins, Village Officials and guests.  Mark Hameister, Director of Market Development Merlin also spoke at the event saying how pleased Merlin is to be at this strategic new location.

Sharon O’Leary Joins Murray Commercial Sales and Leasing Team.

First Institute Training & Management Retains Murray Commercial for its School Expansion Throughout Illinois

Saint Charles, IL (February 8, 2012) – Murray Commercial today announced that it has been engaged by First Institute Training & Management (FITM), to conduct a strategic search for new locations for its quality training programs.  The school is looking to expand across the state of Illinois in various types of retail venues.

With the guidance and consulting of the Murray Commercial Team, FITM has just recently signed leases in Libertyville and Springfield, Illinois. Murray Commercial’s Greg Quadrini spearheaded the search for FITM’s new locations.

“We’re partnering with Murray Commercial to bring our expertise in meeting the educational needs of students, employers and the community” says Kurt Beier of FITM. “We continue to evaluate our expansion and are excited to offer exciting new career paths to the residents of Libertyville and Springfield.”
